We also can remodel door openings, if you want to change your door size. Your new door or opener can be installed by our experienced installers or we can provide all necessary hardware for self-installations. Our service department can also custom design special application radio controls and transmitters. For example, we can expand the number of doors our transmitters can open to 243 doors. Tri-Core is Raynor's three-inch thick, super-insulated steel garage door (R-value = 15.25) with a proven track record for thermal efficiency and exceptional durability. The interior and exterior 26 gauge skins are separated along their length by an integral dual durometer vinyl thermal-break and section joint seal that is held in place by a Raynor-exclusive mechanical interlock. All Tri-Core models carry the exclusive 5/20 warranty, covering the insulation against delamination for five years, and warranting a consistent R-value for 20 years.

THERMASEAL is Raynor's newest durable energy efficient sectional overhead door. Energy saving polyurethane foam insulation to deliver exceptional R-values. This process also provides superior foam density for excellent structural integrity. Rust resistant galvanized steel is finished with a two-coat, baked on paint process for long life. Two models are available. The ThermaSeal Standard is 1 3/4" thick and has a R-Value=16.40 with a 25 gauge steel exterior and 28 gauge interior skin. The ThermaSeal Basic is a 1 1/2" thick and has a R-Value=14.50 with a 26 gauge steel exterior and 28 gauge interior skin. Ten year delamination warranty included for both models.

S24 is Raynor's longest-running success story. The S-Series line of industrial steel garage doors is versatile, reliable, and durable. These rugged doors are a full two-inches thick and ribbed for additional strength. The stainless steel rivets and welding the door together help make the Raynor S24 the strongest door available. Finished with hot-dipped 24 gauge galvanized steel and two coats of baked on polyester paint. Available not insulated or insulated with polystyrene insulation and plastic, steel, or hardboard covers.

SERIES L and SERIES HL are Raynor's aluminum doors that have long been a standard fixture for facilities that require a dependable, lighter-weight door with maximum visibility. With an anodized finish in an extruded aluminum frame, these attractive doors are a full two-inches thick (Series HL) or 1-3/4" thick (Series L).

S-24 is Mid America is 24 gauge ribbed steel overhead door with tongue and groove meeting rail to provide a weather tight seal between sections. Hot-dipped galvanized steel with baked on polyester paint will give many years of service. Available not insulated or insulated with polystyrene insulation and plastic, steel, or hardboard covers.

MODEL T by Liftmaster is a trolley type operator that lifts the door from the top section that uses a continuous-duty, high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection. Available in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, and 1hp single or three phase power. Heavy duty chain and an emergency disconnect is standard.

MODEL J or H by Liftmaster is a jackshaft type operator that turns the spring shaft to lift the door. A continuous-duty, high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection is available in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, and 1hp single or three phase power. Heavy duty chain and an emergency disconnect is standard. Model H has a emergency chain hoist that can raise the door if there is a power failure or breakdown.

MODEL GH by Liftmaster is a gear-reduced hoist operator that turns the spring shaft to lift the door. Commonly used on rolling steel doors and large overhead doors. A continuous-duty, high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection is available in 1/2, 3/4, 1, and 1 1/2 hp single or three phase power. Also available in 2 and 3 hp three phase power. Heavy duty chain and an emergency disconnect is standard. Model GH has a emergency chain hoist that can raise the door if there is a power failure or breakdown.

Raynor offers a complete line of commercial overhead operators. Each unit includes a full ball-bearing power train with additional reduction by chain and sprockets. The limit switches are positive, chain-drive, screw type, and easily accessible for precision settings.
