Tri-Core is Raynor's three-inch thick, super-insulated steel garage door (R-value = 15.25) with a proven track record for thermal efficiency and exceptional durability. The interior and exterior 26 gauge skins are separated along their length by an integral dual durometer vinyl thermal-break and section joint seal that is held in place by a Raynor-exclusive mechanical interlock. All Tri-Core models carry the exclusive 5/20 warranty, covering the insulation against delamination for five years, and warranting a consistent R-value for 20 years. |

THERMASEAL is Raynor's newest durable energy efficient sectional overhead door. Energy saving polyurethane foam insulation to deliver exceptional R-values. This process also provides superior foam density for excellent structural integrity. Rust resistant galvanized steel is finished with a two-coat, baked on paint process for long life. Two models are available. The ThermaSeal Standard is 1 3/4" thick and has a R-Value=16.40 with a 25 gauge steel exterior and 28 gauge interior skin. The ThermaSeal Basic is a 1 1/2" thick and has a R-Value=14.50 with a 26 gauge steel exterior and 28 gauge interior skin. Ten year delamination warranty included for both models. |
