Why a Preventive Maintenance Program?
Experience has shown that a good maintenance program will save money by reducing costly equipment breakdowns, loss of company time and manpower. Emergency repair service is not only expensive but also can result in time delays and downtime.

What equipment is covered under the program?
Doors of all types, electric operators and dock levelers may all be included under the Preventive Maintenance Inspection program. We will inspect the equipment you specify. Tightening, lubricating and adjusting is the standard procedure and recommendations are then made for repairs that are necessary to put equipment in good operating condition. Minor repairs may also be specified to be done during the maintenance service, such as replacing a broken roller, bad bearing, or frayed cable.

How much will it cost?
Enrollment in the Preventive Maintenance Inspection Program is free and all the benefits start immediately. You pay only for labor used to perform the maintenance work and any parts that are used, but no additional charges are added. Membership benefits include discounts on all regular time labor expenses:

5% during the 1st year
8% during the 2nd year
10% during the 3rd year and each year thereafter

Members will also receive priority dispatching on service calls. Members notifying us of emergency breakdowns prior to 12:00 noon will receive same day service at regular hourly rate even if we don't get there till after regular time hours.

How do we join?
Simply click on the Maintenance Form button at the bottom of the page and fill out the enrollment form. A service advisor will call on you, and cover any pertinent points involved with your specific business. A "service call reminder" will be sent to you prior to the service time. If a scheduling change is needed please phone us and we will assist in any changes needed. Normally this maintenance is performed during the five summer months shown on the enrollment card.
